If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at salesorders@turkishfinds.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Only defective and unused item/s in their original state (unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact) can be returned for store credit. Item/s must also be returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to the return.

If you wish to return your item/s, we must receive your request within 7 days from the date you received your item/s. Item/s must be received by us within 10 days from the date you received the item/s.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email salesorders@turkishfinds.com within 7 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

If you are exchanging for a higher priced item, you will need to pay the price difference. If you are exchanging for a lower priced item, we will refund the price difference in the form of store credits.

We do not accept returns on sale items.
