Thank you for visiting and shopping at Turkish Finds. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Local Shipping

Standard Local Shipping

Our Philippine shipping costs are based on both the actual weight and volumetric weight of the item after final packaging. The shipping cost reflected already has the valuation fee of 1% plus 12% VAT. For Cash on Delivery (COD), there is a charge of 2.75% of total product cost plus 12% VAT.

For orders within Metro Manila/Luzon, please expect your packages within 3 to 4 working days. For orders outside of Metro Manila, please allow 5 to 7 working days.

To follow your package in real-time, kindly input your package's tracking number in J&T Express’ website (https://www.jtexpress.ph). Scroll down, and you will see Trace & Track. We include the tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we send you!

If in case your package is not received within 7 days and no movement for the shipped items are found in the tracking page of J&T Express, kindly email salesorders@turkishfinds.com.

If in case you received a damaged item, it must be reported within 3 days upon receipt along with supporting documents as proof of the damage by emailing salesorders@turkishfinds.com.

If in case your package is returned to us due to wrong address provided or no one is available to receive the package, the customer will be charged 50% of the shipping fee.

Shipping Delays

Due to large volume of shipments/ varying rules on community quarantine/ or courier staffing issues, delivery of your package may be delayed. This is beyond our control. However, we will make sure to get your order packed and ready to ship out as soon as possible. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


International Shipping Policy

International Shipping

We currently ship via DHL to China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Australia, Guam, Maldives, Mongolia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Timor Leste, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Myanmar and Nepal. Shipping costs are dependent on the size and weight of the item as well as the zone where the country is located.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for international orders to be delivered.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You may track your orders at dhl.com.ph.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Product prices displayed are exclusive of duties and taxes. We currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we only cover the cost of shipping your order. All additional taxes, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide an estimate of these charges as it depends on the country's rules and regulations.

Damages

Turkish Finds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier DHL. Terms and conditions of shipping via DHL Express is found here.

In addition to the standard DHL Express liability, additional financial protection can be availed against all risks of physical shipment loss or damage, from any external cause.
